We will hold the reservation for you for a maximum of 10 days after our confirmation, unless we receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount.  The balance will be due 14 days before your arrival, unless other arrangements are made.
 
Please do not make a deposit until we have confirmed your reservation in writing. 

We understand that it is sometimes necessary to change or to cancel travel plans. We therefore encourage clients to purchase travel insurance, since cancellation of a confirmed reservation is subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
